A consistent setup that turns routine grading into ABET evidence (rubric scores + samples + exports).

Moodle implementation steps (course level)

Progress:

Apply the approved course template

Same sections, same labels, same outcomes block.

Configure gradebook categories (SO‑based)

One category per SO; items reflect PI‑level evidence.

Create the assessment activity (assignment / quiz / project)

Use the naming convention including SO/PI.

Attach the rubric to the activity

Import the rubric template if needed (XML).

Do a quick calibration (norming) before grading

Agree on rubric interpretation with another instructor (when possible).

Export rubric results + archive samples

Keep anonymized samples if required by policy.
